If there’s one thing I’ve come to believe, it’s this: progress doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful. Small, intentional wins build confidence. They create momentum. They lead to your Next Big Leap.
Here is a framework I made for myself and my team:
- Identify one small, measurable goal.
- Take deliberate action.
- Celebrate the win, no matter how small.
