You don’t need to be Great to Start,
But you need to Start to be Great.
Hi,
Starting something new always feels like shifting into first gear—it takes a bit of extra horsepower, extra discomfort, and a whole lot of courage. The excitement mixes with uncertainty every time, and while the vision seems clear, the path is often hazy. It’s both exhilarating and exhausting.
Today feels like Day 1 all over again. And let me tell you, Day 1 is scary.
So here I am again, embarking on this new journey of sharing my entrepreneurial insights with you. And in the spirit of Day 1, let’s talk about what it really takes to get off the ground.
Here is my 1-1-1 breakdown.
What’s one thing you can commit to doing regularly, no matter what? Consistency beats intensity every time. Start small and stay consistent.
→ Do this now: Pick one small action you can repeat daily. Whether it’s sending one cold email or writing one paragraph, just start.
Starting isn’t about doing everything at once. It’s about sticking around long enough to see the results. Think of endurance like a marathon—you don’t have to run fast, but you do have to keep running.
→ Remember: The first steps always feel the hardest, but every step you take is one less you’ll have to take tomorrow.
Discipline is your best friend when motivation runs out. It’s the thing that gets you to do the work even when you don’t feel like it. No discipline, no growth.
→ Takeaway: Discipline is like brushing your teeth—if you skip it, things start to stink pretty fast.
Keep showing up, build that endurance, practice consistency, and let discipline carry you through the tough days.
Thanks for reading. Looks like I have survived Day 1 🙂
