Change means doing something new or in a completely new way. It challenges the status quo. Change is always uncomfortable, but in business, discomfort signals you’re on the edge of growth. Welcome it to move ahead – it’s the only way forward. Be a Netflix not a Kodak.
→ Remember: Change isn’t a threat; it’s an opportunity. What’s uncomfortable today will be the reason you succeed tomorrow.

→ Do this now: Pick one area where you’ve been stuck in your ways, and make one change that brings you in line with today’s reality—whether it’s using a new tool, simplifying a process, or shifting your strategy.
In business and in life, change is inevitable. You can either embrace it and direct its course, or resist it and let it sweep you away. The world doesn’t stop evolving, and neither should you. The greatest opportunities come when you stop fearing change and start using it to your advantage.
